Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. You will promote our web development and digital marketing services, understand client needs, and work with our team to create customized solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to contribute to our company's growth while developing their sales careers.
Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business goals and challenges
Present WebDevLab's services and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting how they address specific business needs
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts in our CRM system
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads
Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities

Requirements:
1+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or technology services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
Basic understanding of web development and digital marketing concepts
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills
Professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Resilience and persistence in following up on sales leads
