Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in executing our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for introducing new products to the market, generating leads, converting prospects, and building a strong retail and distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
Identify, generate, and follow up on leads to increase client base
Conduct product presentations and engage prospective customers effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Track sales activities and report performance to management
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform strategy
Work closely with marketing and distribution teams to align efforts
Job Requirements:
3-5 years in retail industry
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be target-driven and result-oriented
Familiarity with Abuja and its retail landscape is an advantage
