Job Description
Ensure dispatch riders contact customers before taking orders out of the premises
Ensure all orders are received processed and completed before the close of business
Ensure consistent follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensure proper tracking of products and materials across warehouse.
Address any logistical challenges, including delays, damages, or discrepancies, and work towards resolving them quickly.
Handle customer complaints or concerns related to delivery and logistics in a professional and timely manner.
Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including inventory, and storage.
