Store Officers

The Store Officer oversees inventory control, goods receiving, and dispatching operations within the Central Production Unit. They ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies to support uninterrupted production and timely distribution to outlets. The role involves maintaining stock records, conducting regular audits, ensuring proper storage conditions, and coordinating with procurement and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality.

Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems.

Ensure proper storage of materials (e.g., FIFO, temperature control).

Coordinate dispatch of goods to QSR outlets as per daily requirements.

Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders.

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the store area.

Liaise with suppliers, procurement, and production teams for smooth operations.
