Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Selling: Identify customer needs and develop tailored IT solutions.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with IT products, services, and technologies.
3. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
4. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and close deals.
5. Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements.

Technical Responsibilities
1. Technical Solution Design: Design and propose technical solutions to meet customer needs.
2. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
3. Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
4. IT Consulting: Offer expert IT advice and consulting services to customers.

Sales and Business Development Responsibilities
1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
2. Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' products and strategies.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
