Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for expansion.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and online research.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Prepare Tenders and bids
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align client needs with business offerings.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and client behavior.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
