Job Description
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar
Serve food and beverages promptly and check in with guests regularly
Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set at all times
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as needed
Process payments using POS systems and issue receipts
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality service
Follow all health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards
Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned
