Job Description

Spectranet Limited is seeking a Field Support Engineer person to join our team on the island. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a technical support role and are passionate about problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff and customers.

- Assist with software, hardware, and network-related issues.

- Document and track all support requests to ensure timely resolution.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical problems efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or help desk role.

Intermediate knowledge of computer systems, software, and network troubleshooting.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.

Note: only those with the required qualifications and also stays on the island will be considered for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
