Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage estate surveying, valuation, and real estate operations efficiently.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, liaising with clients, regulatory bodies, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry policies, standards, and legal regulations.
- Provide leadership in evaluating property values, market trends, and business expansion opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7–8 years of experience in estate surveying, valuation, real estate, construction, or engineering.
- Prior experience working in an estate firm is essential.
- Strong analytical and managerial skills with proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in estate surveying or valuation are an advantage.
- Salary:
- ₦250,000.00 Monthly
