Job Description:

Our client provides logistics solutions to individuals and businesses by offering access to multiple courier services on our platform. We are seeking a Logistics Operations Associate who will be responsible for quality control and packaging onsite at our partner’s location. The ideal candidate will also play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring timely updates of tracking numbers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct quality checks on shipments and packaging.
Regularly update shipments with tracking numbers.
Serve as the communication link between courier partners and internal teams.
Prepare regular reports on daily and weekly activities.
Maintain a solid understanding of the business's products or services.
Achieve target quotas for set KPIs.
Assist the Logistics Operations Manager as needed.
Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with productivity apps like Google Sheets.
A mission-driven individual with solid judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
