Job Description
Salary: N300,000 – N400,000 per month (plus commission up to N800,000 on every deal closed)
Location: Lagos Island, Nigeria
Job Type: Hybrid
Reports To: Managing Director/CEO
We are seeking a dynamic business development manager (BDM) to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will drive strategic growth in the organization, working closely with the managing director/CEO to develop business strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
·Lead business and strategy development to drive growth and market expansion.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
·Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
·Manage sales performance by meeting and exceeding targets and tracking key metrics.
Requirements
·3–5 years’ experience in business development, sales or marketing within the software development/tech industry, managing a diverse client portfolio.
·Strong background in the technology or software development sector.
·Experience in a consulting firm is an added advantage.
