Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and visionary Social Media Manager to lead the digital strategy for five accounts — four gospel artists and one company page. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, streaming conversions, and audience engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, and Audiomack.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic social media plans tailored to each artist’s genre and audience.

Manage and grow five accounts with platform-specific content and engagement strategies.

Create visually compelling content; graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.

Build and optimize TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU marketing funnels to drive conversions.

Establish and communicate marketing workflows using BPMN 2.0 or similar visual tools.

Supervise junior marketers, provide constructive feedback, and elevate team performance.

Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI tools in marketing workflows.

Monitor KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Metricool) to guide strategy.

Stay current with gospel sub-genre trends and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing social media for music, gospel, or entertainment brands.

Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, digital branding, and content psychology.

Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite); video editing is an advantage.

Experience with funnel marketing strategies and audience segmentation.

Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 or other strategy visualization tools.

Passion for ministry and gospel music.
