Position Overview
We seek a mission-aligned Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in WordPress backend (PHP) and Python. This role supports our WordPress infrastructure and the transition toward a headless CMS with modern tools and Python backend logic. A skills test in WordPress backend and Python is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and optimize WordPress platforms using PHP.

Write/maintain Python scripts for automation and backend logic.

Apply prompt engineering for maintainable, high-performance code.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.

Document processes and code clearly.

Support the shift to a modular, headless architecture.

Stay current on PHP, WordPress, and Python best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.

Proficient in PHP and WordPress backend development.

Solid experience with Python programming.

Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, SQL, and OOP.

Strong SDLC understanding and problem-solving skills.

Committed Christian passionate about faith-based tech.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with headless CMS or decoupled WordPress.

Familiar with REST APIs/GraphQL and prompt engineering.

Java knowledge is a plus.

Experience in faith-based media/tech platforms is a plus.
