Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Engineer to join our team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining both
hardware and software systems to ensure optimal IT infrastructure performance. The role
requires a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement computer systems and networks tailored to company needs.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware components including servers, computers, and peripherals.
Develop and test software systems and applications as required.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, offering prompt solutions.
Integrate new technologies.
Monitor system performance and ensure network security and efficiency.
Document processes, configurations, and solutions for future reference.
Evaluate and recommend hardware and software upgrades.
Stay updated with technological advancements and recommend relevant innovations.
Provide technical support and training to end-users when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a computer engineering or IT infrastructure role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems architecture, networks, and hardware design.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, Java).
Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and system administration.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are an added advantage.
