Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Salary: 120,000-150,000
Location: Ikeja Lagos

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. While primarily office-based, this role also involves occasional field visits to meet clients and explore sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will effectively engage with potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, helping to drive revenue growth and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively reach out to leads and prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms.
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
* Conduct in-person visits to prospective or existing clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
* Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Generate and qualify leads through research and outbound calling.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations online.
* Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to develop lead generation strategies.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Provide excellent customer service and follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and sales visits.
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
* Proficient in MS Office and virtual communication tools.
Salary:
₦150,000.00 Monthly
