Maintenance Officer

Conduct regular inspections of the hotel’s physical infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs to ensure all equipment and facilities operate efficiently.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various hotel departments and guests.

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in hotel systems and coordinate with specialized contractors when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of tools and spare parts.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards.

Assist in planning and executing renovation and refurbishment projects.

Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions during maintenance work.

Monitor energy usage and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
