Customer Service Rep - E Commerce

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused E-Commerce Sales Associate to manage and respond to sales inquiries and orders across our WhatsApp, Instagram, and website platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, understands the importance of timely communication, and has a strong interest in skincare and beauty products.

The E-Commerce Sales Associate will be responsible for:
• Attending to incoming customer messages and purchase requests on WhatsApp and Instagram
• Managing and processing website orders efficiently
• Providing expert guidance on skincare product selection based on customer needs
• Answering product-related questions and addressing post-purchase inquiries
• Coordinating with the fulfillment team to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery
• Offering a seamless and professional online shopping experience

The ideal candidate should have:
• Strong written communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM, and basic website order systems
• An interest in skincare and willingness to learn product knowledge quickly
• Excellent responsiveness and attention to detail
• A friendly, helpful, and sales-driven attitude

Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about beauty, proactive in communication, and capable of building strong digital customer relationships.
