Job Description

Flamingo Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

Assist in budgeting and forecasting

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Support external audits and provide required documentation

Requirements:

B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
