Job Description

We’re looking for a people-driven growth leader to develop brand and community partnerships, drive content-led engagement, and manage student reps (MUSE) to build STUBUD’s presence on and off campus.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage brand, campus, and community partnerships.
Create and post daily short-form content (Reels, TikTok, IG Stories).
Drive growth via trends, memes, challenges, and collabs.
Collect feedback to suggest new shows, content, and campaigns.
Manage and brief STUBUD interns and MUSE (Student Reps).
Coordinate with Content/Video teams for aligned weekly pushes.
Track KPIs: growth, engagement, participation, and conversions.

Skills:

Hustler mindset with a sales or marketing background.
Strong social/digital fluency (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Great with people and turning connections into deals.
Deep understanding of student culture and community psychology.
Organised, efficient, and results-driven.

Education:

Bachelor's degree.
NYSC members and recent graduates.
Passionate about sales, marketing, student leadership, and community engagement.
Practical experience in dynamic roles that foster growth, motivate teams, and deliver meaningful impact is highly valued.
Experience leading campaigns or managing student reps is a plus.

Requirements:

Must reside in Abuja.
Must be a current NYSC member or recent graduate.
Passionate about student life and youth engagement.
