Job Summary:
We are hiring a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across all social platforms. This role requires a digital-savvy individual who can craft compelling content, drive engagement, and grow our brand community online.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a content calendar and social media strategy aligned with marketing goals

Create engaging posts, videos, reels, and stories for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner

Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep Realbet relevant and visible

Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports

Collaborate with graphic designers, customer service, and promotions team to ensure brand consistency

Organize interactive campaigns, giveaways, and influencer collaborations

Requirements:

2+ years of proven experience in managing social media for brands

Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills

Proficient with social media tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Strong understanding of analytics and audience insights

Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously

Passion for betting, gaming, or sports content is a plus

B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
