Job Description
1. Checking all what other colleagues does to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
2. Monthly bank reconciliations and reports of sales monthly.
3. Visiting branches once every 2 weeks to check their invoice and receipt for proper vetting.
4. Taking stock in association with others
5. Costing of items and regular review of prices at intervals.
6. Daily checking of sales and receipt from head office and reconciling same.
7. Handles all refunds both Branches and Head office.
8. Tracking every payment made from Company bank accounts.
9. Reconciliation of branches ledgers to correspond with payments received.
10. Checking daily expenses from petty cash and reconciling same.
