Job Title: Facilities & Hospitality Manager
Location: Abuja
Reports to: General Manager

Overview:
A leading financial services firm seeks an experienced Facilities & Hospitality Manager to oversee office infrastructure, guest services, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure premium guest experience, reception, meeting support, and café services.
Manage building systems, maintenance, safety, and compliance.
Oversee assets, space planning, and vendor performance.
Handle budgeting, event logistics, and fleet/communication services.
Lead a lean service team and uphold service excellence.
Requirements:

7+ years in facilities or hotel operations within corporate or luxury environments.
Strong technical knowledge (HVAC, power, BMS, IT).
Proven vendor and budget management experience.
Relevant HSE/FM certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IFMA).
Excellent communication and tech skills (MS Teams, SharePoint, CMMS).
Flexibility for extended/urgent hours.
Salary:
