Job Description
We are hiring a Foo truck sales attendant to work at our on our food struck as a Sales Attendant your duties include selling and attending to customers. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company's growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service delivery
Attend to customers in a timely and friendly manner
Ascertain customers' needs and wants
Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Welcome and greet customers
Manage point-of-sale processes
Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
Keep up to date with product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum of SSCE
1 year of proven working experience as a sales attendant
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in English.
Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service focus Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
Basic administration skills.
The job will require working night shifts.
The candidate must be able to work independently and manage their time effectively
Candidate must live within Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, Obalende, and Ajah.
