Job Description

To build a high-performance team of leaders, creators, and executors who will scale
our company into Nigeria’s most trusted real estate brand.

Outcomes they'll be accountable for:
 Hire 15–25 A-players in key growth roles within 12 months. 
 Build a talent pipeline system for constant sourcing. 
 Reduce time-to-hire and improve quality-of-hire metrics.  Launch onboarding programs that drive 90-day retention. 

Core competencies:
 Talent sourcing, headhunting, and executive recruiting
 Employer branding and recruitment marketing
 Behavioral and competency-based interviewing
 Data-driven hiring and HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workable)

Qualifications:
 4-5 years in recruiting or HR, with at least 2 in leadership
 Built hiring systems in fast-growth environments

 Hring for technical and business roles

Character and mindset:
 Strategic thinker who understands people deeply

 High EQ with a no-compromise standard on talent

 Thinks like a founder — wants to build, not maintain
Salary:
