Head of Marketing

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. or HND) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in data analysis and sales performance reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct strategic business analysis and monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
Perform competitive analysis and develop strategies to maintain market leadership.
Carry out market research to understand customer needs, satisfaction levels, and emerging opportunities.
Acquire new customers while ensuring high levels of satisfaction among existing clients.
Provide data-driven support to management for planning and forecasting.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan covering sales, revenue growth, and expense management.
Achieve planned sales targets and business growth objectives.
Set and manage individual performance goals for the sales team.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance regularly.
Supervise, support, and evaluate the activities of the sales team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
Organize training and ongoing development for marketing and sales staff.
Promote the organization’s brand, products, and services effectively across all channels.
