The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling tech gadgets, as well as providing exceptional customer service. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable product recommendations, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. The Sales Representative will engage with customers in-store, online, and via phone, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience. Responsibilities:
Sales and Promotion:
Actively promote and sell tech gadgets to customers.
Understand and meet sales targets and goals.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product features.
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed product information and demonstrations.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of all products and their features.
Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and services.
Inventory Management:
Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
Sales Transactions:
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
Customer Follow-Up:
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or technology is a plus.
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
Strong understanding of tech gadgets and their functionalities.
