Job Description

Position Summary:
The Performer Relations Specialist is a pivotal role dedicated to fostering a supportive, communicative, and professional environment for our exotic dancers and performers. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between performers and management, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure their comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction while working at our venue. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Performer Liaison & Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for performers regarding operational concerns, scheduling, welfare, and general inquiries.
Act as an empathetic listener and advocate for performers, relaying feedback and concerns to appropriate management while maintaining confidentiality.
Provide support and guidance on venue policies, procedures, and expectations.
Conflict Resolution & Mediation:
Assist in mediating minor disputes or misunderstandings among performers, or between performers and other staff members, fostering a harmonious working environment.
De-escalate sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
Onboarding & Orientation Support:
Assist with the onboarding process for new performers, ensuring they understand venue operations, safety protocols, payment structures, and available support systems.
Ensure a smooth transition and integration for new talent.
Communication & Information Dissemination:
Clearly communicate important updates, policy changes, special events, or operational adjustments to performers in a timely and effective manner.
Gather and relay performer feedback to management to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
Welfare & Safety:
Proactively identify and address potential issues that could impact performer well-being or safety.
Work collaboratively with the security team to ensure a secure environment for all performers.
Be knowledgeable about relevant local safety regulations and company policies.
Resource Navigation:
Maintain a network of potential external resources (e.g., counseling services, legal aid, financial literacy support) that can be discreetly recommended to performers seeking assistance. (Note: This is an optional but highly beneficial aspect if your company is committed to holistic support.)
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and confidential records of performer interactions, concerns, and resolutions.
Provide regular reports to management on performer sentiment, common issues, and suggested improvements.
Policy Adherence:
Ensure performers are aware of and adhere to venue rules, codes of conduct, and professional standards.
Salary:
₦250,000.00 Monthly
