Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Administrative Officer to join our team. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage day-to-day administrative operations while also assisting in basic laptop repairs, surveys, and testing of hardware. If you're highly organized and technically savvy, this opportunity is for you.
Note: This role requires a male candidate due to job-specific fieldwork and logistical assignments.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct field surveys and collect relevant data for organizational use
• Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on laptops and other office hardware
• Test laptops and ensure proper functionality before deployment or resale
• Handle inventory of IT equipment and office supplies
• Assist with office logistics, procurement, and recordkeeping
• Support administrative tasks such as document filing, scheduling, and correspondence
• Maintain an organized and safe office/workshop environment

Requirements
• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field
• Strong understanding of basic computer hardware and troubleshooting
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or IT support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work under minimal supervision, and meet deadlines
• Physically fit and willing to handle on-site assignments when needed

Preferred Attributes
• Experience with laptop testing software or diagnostics tools
• Driver’s license is an added advantage
• Punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented
