Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to users, resolving technical and account-related issues, and contributing to a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls in a professional and timely manner

Troubleshoot account, transaction, and betting-related issues

Assist users with account creation, verification, deposits, and withdrawals

Monitor customer activity for fraud, abuse, or suspicious behavior

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, finance, marketing) to resolve customer issues

Document common issues and recommend improvements to processes and FAQs

Promote responsible gaming and provide support in line with company policies

Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate departments

Requirements:

Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or support, preferably in the betting or tech industry

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure

Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

A team player with a strong customer-first attitude

B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field

Preferred Skills (an advantage but not required):

Knowledge of sports betting platforms or terminology

Experience working with ticketing or live chat systems
Salary:
₦150,000.00 Monthly
