Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned and results-driven Executive Director, Business & Hospitality to oversee the management of our multi-business property, comprising hotel rooms, supermarket, cafe, buka, pharmacy, and training/meeting rooms. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards across all businesses. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the organization, ensuring efficiency, quality service delivery, and alignment with strategic goals. This role provides leadership across multiple departments, manages resources, streamlines processes, and fosters a high-performance culture that supports organizational growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to multiple business units
- Drive sales growth and revenue increase across all businesses
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain high standards of operations, customer service, and asset management
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards are met
- Develop and implement project management plans to achieve business objectives
- Forecast and anticipate potential challenges and opportunities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives
• Oversee daily operations across departments such as production, logistics, procurement, HR, and administration
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with legal, health, safety, and quality standards
• Collaborate with the executive team to set budgets and manage financial performance
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure departmental goals are met
• Manage vendor relationships and supply chain efficiency
• Optimize resource allocation to improve service delivery and reduce costs
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Represent operations in board meetings and contribute to strategic planning
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence

Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business and hospitality management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue increase
- Strong leadership, management, and monitoring skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Strong project management skills with ability to forecast and anticipate challenges

- Professional certifications such as:
- Hotel Administration and Management (HAM) from NIMN
- Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) from IHM
- Other relevant certifications in business, hospitality, or management
