About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a vibrant and talented Content Creator to join our creative and fast-paced event planning team! You’ll work directly with the MD and her Personal Assistant to capture, curate, and share the behind-the-scenes magic of our events, while also showcasing our unique product line from the party shop.
If you’re passionate about storytelling through content, love the thrill of live events, and have a flair for social media, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
• Live Event Content: Capture behind-the-scenes moments during event setups and execution, working with the PA to post in real time.
• Social Media Management: Create engaging posts, stories, and reels across Instagram and other platforms that reflect our brand’s fun and festive personality.
• Collaborate with Event Teams: Highlight key event moments for marketing and promotional content.
• Content Strategy: Assist in planning and executing content calendars and campaigns that drive visibility and engagement.
• Product Promotion: Creatively showcase party shop items on social media to drive sales and awareness.
• Content Editing: Edit videos and photos into high-quality content using editing tools like Canva, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Influencer & Client Collaboration: Coordinate with influencers and clients to amplify our reach and brand message.
What We’re Looking For
• Creativity & Energy: A strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling, plus a lively personality.
• Social Media Skills: Confident using Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms; up-to-date with trends.
• Visual Content Skills: Basic photography and videography experience with the ability to edit engaging content.
• Team Player: Able to work closely with team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bonus Experience: Exposure to events, retail, or promotional product sales is an added plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to engage audiences and coordinate with partners.
