Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused People Associate (Volunteer) to support our growing team with recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of volunteers, service providers, and internal team members. This role is perfect for someone with a heart for people, systems, and community building.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of volunteers and service providers

Coordinate team engagement and wellness activities

Maintain volunteer and team records using internal tools

Support performance tracking and appreciation efforts

Help implement team processes and feedback collection

Contribute to building a strong, values-driven internal culture

Qualifications:
Prior experience in HR, people management, or administrative support

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with digital tools

Empathetic and aligned with a people-first culture

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or Airtable is a plus
