Job Description
Bracken Media Solutions is a fast-growing media and advertising agency that delivers creative marketing solutions and media production services for brands ready to stand out. From strategy to execution, we create scroll-stopping content and results that matter.
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Executive with a solid background in closing deals to join our team and drive revenue growth by helping clients understand the value of our services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for media and advertising services.
Build and manage a sales pipeline — from first contact to signed deal.
Prepare and present tailored pitches, proposals, and pricing to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company targets.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align messaging and ensure project success.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Track sales performance and report insights using CRM tools or structured reports.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, digital marketing, or creative industries.
Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in client presentations and product pitching.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong understanding of sales pipelines, customer journeys, and value-based selling.
A self-starter mindset with zero fear of cold-calling or client outreach.
Bonus: A network of potential clients or familiarity with Lagos’ media/marketing landscape.
