Job Description

Bracken Media Solutions is a creative media and advertising agency driven by innovation and results. We specialize in media production, digital campaigns, and compelling brand experiences for clients who want to stand out. We're scaling — fast — and we need a Sales Manager who can lead the charge and turn conversations into contracts.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, refine our strategy, and consistently close high-value deals. You’ll be responsible for generating revenue through B2B sales, managing client relationships, and building a high-performing sales pipeline. This is a leadership role — we want someone who leads by example, mentors the team, and keeps their eyes on the numbers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team (including sales executives and interns).
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads across multiple channels — referrals, cold outreach, inbound, etc.
Close deals with both new and existing clients across media production, advertising campaigns, and branded content.
Collaborate with marketing and creative departments to align messaging and campaign strategy.
Develop and deliver winning sales presentations, proposals, and service quotes.
Monitor team performance using sales dashboards and CRM tools; report directly to the MD.
Stay ahead of trends in media, advertising, and tech to anticipate client needs.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or long-term retainers.
Handle high-stakes negotiations, pricing decisions, and contracts with professionalism and precision.

Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong experience in media, advertising, marketing, or creative services sales.
Confident communicator with exceptional negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of Lagos market dynamics and client decision-making behavior.
Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and comfortable with digital sales tools.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead.
Excellent organizational skills — knows how to manage people, priorities, and performance.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
