Job Description

We are looking for a persuasive and proactive Telesales Agent to promote our gift card trading services. You’ll engage with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and Telegram, drive sales, follow up on leads, and submit daily reports.

Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with customers

Chat with clients via WhatsApp & Telegram

Promote services and close sales

Report daily activities and work with the team

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Sales or customer service experience (a plus)

Familiar with WhatsApp & Telegram
