Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, articulate, and customer-focused Customer Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This person will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a positive experience from the moment they step in, managing queries, resolving concerns, and maintaining the restaurant’s high service standards. If you love interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and professionally as they arrive.
Assist guests with seating, ordering, and general inquiries.
Handle reservations and manage waitlists when necessary.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and politely.
Provide accurate information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth customer service.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and dining area.
Record and relay customer feedback to management.
Support team members with tasks as needed during peak hours.

Requirements:

BSc or HND in business administration, communication, marketing, and other related fields.
3–4 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a front desk role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor.
Basic computer skills for handling reservations and records.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A team player who is passionate about creating great experiences for customers.
