Responsibilities include following recipes, ensuring product consistency, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of baked goods
Follow recipes and troubleshoot issues in the baking process
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
Ensure products meet quality and presentation standards
Comply with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role
Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
