Job Description
House of Success Textile is a fast-growing Adire fashion brand committed to excellence, innovation, and integrity. We are hiring an experienced and reliable Production & Quality Control Manager to lead our production team and uphold our high-quality standards.
Location - Accommodation provided (Abuja)
Start date - Immediately
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise the Adire production team to ensure smooth daily operations
Implement and maintain quality control systems for all stages of production
Oversee dyeing, printing, finishing, and packaging processes
Train, guide, and mentor production staff to meet performance targets
Maintain organized records and department reports for management
Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and optimal production workflow
Uphold company values and foster a disciplined, high-performing team environment
REQUIREMENT
Proven experience managing a production team in a textile or manufacturing setting
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Must be a smart, fast learner capable of adapting to a fast-paced work environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Committed Christian with strong moral values and a sense of accountability
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time
High level of integrity, discipline, and self-motivation
