Background
Welcome2Africa International (W2A) is an emerging investment and trade facilitation platform focused on catalyzing private capital into strategic sectors across Africa. With operational roots in Nigeria and sector of focus in Agribusiness, Maritime, Renewable Energy, and Solid Minerals, W2A aims to unlock value across value chains, drive industrialization, and build market access for investors and off-takers.
We have facilitated partnerships with key stakeholders including AGRA (focused on catalyzing investments/finance into agribusiness across priority states), UNDP (for women-led MSMEs and large-scale investments into states), and are engaged in exporting activities between Nigeria and the world, whilst also receiving growing interest from foreign companies to establish a local processing factory. W2A is also building out its expansion entities:
W2A Capital (Investment Structuring & Fund Management)
W2A Trade (Export & Trade Facilitation)
W2A Impact Foundation (Development-Focused Programs, micro funding etc)
Our Dual Vision:
To scale our impact from Nigeria to Africa, through jobs, investment, and trade
To build a globally recognized brand outside of Africa, particularly among processors, manufacturers, foreign off-takers, diaspora and institutional partners—through strategic positioning and partnerships
