Job Description
Location: Sangotedo, Lagos (Candidates residing in Chevron, Ajah, or Sangotedo preferred)
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill a Managerial role within a dynamic and growing organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the corporate environment, demonstrate leadership skills, and possess the ability to manage teams, drive strategy, and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with business goals
Lead and manage staff to achieve departmental and organizational objectives
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve performance
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure seamless workflow
Manage stakeholder relationships and represent the organization in meetings
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a corporate setting
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Proximity to Chevron, Ajah, or Sangotedo is highly preferred
