Job Description

Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Location: Ikorodu Road, Town planning, Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing cleaning teams, and ensuring consistent service quality. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—capable of solving problems quickly and helping drive sales through exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cleaning operations and coordinate staff schedules
- Supervise cleaning teams to ensure high standards of service
- Conduct routine site inspections and address service gaps
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Oversee inventory and logistics of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Develop and enforce operational procedures and best practices
- Support sales efforts through exceptional service delivery and customer retention
- Maintain records of job completion, staff performance, and client feedback
- Identify opportunities for improvement and cost-efficiency

Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND in any discipline
- Prior experience in the cleaning industry is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic tech skills (e.g., mobile apps, email, spreadsheets)
- Must reside within commuting distance to Ilupeju
Salary:
₦150,000.00 Monthly
