Job Description

Job Title: Paid Media Executive
Location: Lagos State
Industry: FMCG / CPG
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Digital

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Paid Media Executive who is data-driven, creative, and results-oriented to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have solid experience within the FMCG or CPG industry and a proven track record of executing high-performance campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
● Develop media strategies aligned with brand and business goals in collaboration with internal teams and media agencies.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for key metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPC, and CPA.
● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve performance.
● Monitor consumer behavior, digital trends, and industry insights to improve targeting and engagement.
● Manage and allocate media budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend and ROI.
● Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to key stakeholders.
● Collaborate with content creators, designers, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across campaigns.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fi eld.
● 3–5 years of experience in paid media or digital advertising, preferably within the FMCG or CPG industry.
● Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms.
● Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with substantial budgets.
● Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
● Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
● Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, HubSpot, Hotjar, and Looker Studio.
● Experience in brand storytelling and consumer engagement via digital media.
