Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Factory Staff – Shop Floor Worker with at least 3 years of experience to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on the production floor, contributing to efficient factory operations, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. This role is critical in ensuring smooth production processes and meeting daily output targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate machinery and equipment on the shop floor according to standard operating procedures.
• Assist in the assembly, packaging, and inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor production lines and report any malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
Key Requirements:
