Job Description

Job Summary:
Our client is a leading event arena located in the heart of Oregun, Ikeja, known for hosting high-profile events, corporate functions, and social gatherings. They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to drive their business growth and client acquisition strategies. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong background in sales, particularly within the hospitality or event management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event planners, and individuals
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients
- Conduct venue tours, prepare customized proposals, and close deals
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or event center industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong knowledge of the local market and event industry landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
Salary:
₦200,000.00 Monthly
