Job Description

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably with a high-end property or development firm.

• Proven ability to close multi-million-dollar property deals, with a minimum transaction value of ₦500 million.

• Extensive network of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and investors.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing high-value transactions.

• In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Lagos and other key regions.

• Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with premium clients, wealth managers, and institutional investors.

• Experience providing tailored advisory services and delivering exclusive client experiences.

• Ability to represent the company at high-profile events, luxury expos, and private investor meetings.

• Collaborative mindset to align sales strategies with elite-targeted marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Self-driven and capable of delivering results with minimal oversight.
