• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' total experience, with at least 5 years in strategic sales or business development roles.
• Background in real estate, financial services, FMCG, or high-end retail sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and subscriber growth targets.
• Skilled in sales planning, client acquisition, and growing broker or agent networks.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities for both direct sales and development projects.
• Experienced in leading digital and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Capable of identifying and executing opportunities for business expansion and property development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
