Job Description
He/She is innovative and resourceful, and keeps well-informed of the company's products and services. He/She uses such knowledge to tailor solutions which meet clients' requirements. He/She also possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, to build excellent rapport with clients and drive retention.
He/She commutes often to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients, and to close sales leads. He/She networks to stay in close contact with industry stakeholders.
Analyse client data and purchasing behaviour from customer relationship models.
Analyse client portfolio to understand client segmentation.
Apply consultative selling techniques to identify clients' needs.
Apply upselling techniques.
Assist in preparation of sales proposals.
Conduct research on market trends in technology applications to improve productivity and innovation.
Escalate client requests that deviate from signed sales agreements.
Follow up on networking interactions and leads.
Follow up with clients to close sales.
Gather customer feedback and market sentiments for stakeholders to enhance products and services.
Generate sales leads.
Maintain database of sales leads.
Monitor competitors and customer demand to provide market intel for strategy development.
Provide email, social media or telephone responses to customer enquiries.
Provide feedback on usage of workplace technology.
Provide first-level responses to clients' requests and requirements.
Provide responses to enquiries on venue facilities and details.
Recommend range of products and services according to clients' needs.
Report budget use and spending against approved budgets.
Report client dissatisfaction of product and services delivery to the management.
