Job Description
Transweeft is a ride-sharing platform in Lekki that connects drivers with available seats to passengers, prioritizing safety and accessibility to transform urban mobility in Africa. The company focuses on building smarter and sustainable transportation solutions to benefit communities.
Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Growth Specialist at transweeft. The Growth Specialist will be responsible for implementing growth hacking strategies, sales initiatives, project management, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth. The role is based in Lekki but allows for some work from home.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities
Strong Communication skills
Growth Hacking and Sales experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in the transportation or technology industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
