Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Business Support Administrator to join our team. You will provide accurate, effective and efficient administrative, technical and financial supports to all departments. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, numerical and analytical skills, attention to details and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Provide business support to managers and employees as needed.
• Managing relationships with external vendors for services like cleaning, security, and maintenance, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely and satisfactory completion of work
• To create and maintain work procedures to ensure consistency.
• To be responsible for accurately raising and paying invoices in a timely manner.
• Analysis and reconciliation of the General Ledger on a monthly/yearly basis
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Overseeing the upkeep and repair of the facility's physical assets, including buildings, equipment and systems
• Responsible for the efficient management and coordination of a company's vehicles and drivers.
• Managing facility-related expenses, including utility costs, maintenance budgets, and procurement of necessary supplies.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, implementing emergency preparedness procedures, and maintaining a safe working environment
• Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and deliverables.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• HND/BSc holders
• Proven experience as Business Administrative Support or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
