Job Description
Location: Lagos Island (Fully Onsite)
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly Net
Industry: Architecture / Construction
Reporting To: Project Director / Managing Partner
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable architecture and construction firm, for the position of Project Manager. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with proven experience in supervising and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring regulatory compliance, timely execution, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from pre-construction to handover stage
Ensure projects meet milestones, timelines, and quality benchmarks
Monitor compliance with all regulatory and construction standards
Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities
Oversee project execution, supervise teams, and manage site progress
Manage procurement processes and enforce the bill of quantities
Conduct quality control checks and documentation
Requirements
Proven experience in managing full-cycle construction projects
Strong knowledge of local building regulations and codes
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Experience in procurement and enforcing quality standards
Qualification Background
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Professional experience in Project Management, Construction, or Architecture
